WHAT IS THE DREAM TEAM?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Children's Ministries Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Service Experience Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group or partnering with the local minitries—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

Party with the Pastors
Start your journey by joining us on the first Sunday of every month for Party with the Pastors! This casual, welcoming event is a chance to meet our leadership team, hear our Pastor’s heart and vision for Thrive, and get to know the church in a relaxed setting. Whether it’s your first visit or you’ve been attending for a while, this is the perfect first step to connection.
Serve 101
On the second Sunday of every month, we invite you to discover how God has uniquely designed you to make a difference. At Serve 101, you’ll uncover your spiritual gifts and passions and learn how you can use them to serve others as part of our Dream Team. Joining the Dream Team is an exciting way to get involved and make a real impact at Thrive and beyond.
Partner
Meeting
At Thrive, we use the term “partner” because it reflects our belief that everyone has a vital role to play in our church community.

During our Partner Meeting (held quarterly), you’ll discover what it means to fully embrace Thrive’s mission and values. This meeting is an opportunity to connect with others, learn how we work together to make an impact, and celebrate the role you can play in the life of the church. Whether you’re serving, leading, or supporting others, partnership is about growing together and fulfilling God’s purpose in your life.
